Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.   • BREEAM

    As part of our sustainability service, we assess new and refurbished buildings using the Building Research Establishments Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM). We review schemes environmental and sustainability features from the pre-certification and design stage through planning to the post-construction stage. Maintaining a pragmatic and commercial stance allows us to add value whilst demonstrating targeted performance. A key element of our approach is the ability to maximise project performance in the Energy, and Land Use & Ecology credits.

  • BREEAM Accredited Professional

    Our in-house BREEAM Accredited Professionals (AP) engage and provide client teams with advice on sustainability, environmental design and assessment. As BREEAM APs, we facilitate the team's efforts to; successfully schedule activities, set priorities and negotiate the trade-offs required to achieve a target BREEAM rating when the design is formally assessed.

  • Climate Change Planning & Mitigation

    We advise project teams on how to meet climate change adaption and mitigation policy through design work that the client is carrying out.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility, & Environment, Social & Governance Strategies

    We prepare corporate social responsibility and Environment Social and Governance strategies for our clients. This includes undertaking carbon footprinting for reporting purposes, undertaking energy audits and an analysis of property portfolio and operational activities over a range of social, economic and environmental issues. Our reports are in accordance with the GRI guidelines, CDP Disclosure and DEFRA guidelines.

  • CSH/EcoHomes/BREEAM Refurbishment for Domestic Buildings

    We inform and assess the environmental and We help clients and design teams to integrate sustainability features of new build, extension, refurbishment and change-of-use residential development from the pre-certification and design stage through panning to the post construction stage to meet planning policy requirements.

    We also help our clients to optimise the environmental performance of the design as well as enabling residents to live sustainably as well.

  • Sustainability Assessments

    We carry out assessments on how projects meets specific aims of local, regional and national planning policy, and what sustainability features have been designed into the schemes.

  • Sustainability Coordination

    We act as sustainability coordinators within our clients design team from early design through to final completion. As part of this role we; facilitate project team sustainability discussion, help set project-specific sustainability targets, monitor performance, draft the procurement sustainability requirements for contractor tenders and interviews. During the construction phase we; review performance against targets, liaise with the contractors on performance, and conduct site visits.
